Visiting Nortek
Our head office in Norway is by no means hard to find. The following information and links will help you find your way.
You will find a map here, information if you arrive by car, bus or train below, or you could simply enter our address into your satellite navigation system. If you are arriving by other means or need further help or assistance, then speak to your contact at Nortek.
By Car:
From Oslo or Oslo Airport, Gardermoen:
From Oslo Airport, Gardermoen follow the E6 south to Oslo. When you get to Oslo, take the E18 to Drammen. You will find this well signposted in Oslo and on the approach to Oslo from the airport. Leave the E18 at Sandvika - 14kms from Oslo - and follow the E16 to Hønefoss.
3 km from Sandvika take the exit signposted Rud/Hauger, this is the second major exit on this road from Sandvika.
At the first roundabout turn right, this is just a few hundred meters after leaving the E16.
At the next roundabout turn right again, this is Vangkroken.
Nortek is the first building on the right. To get to our car park, turn right just before the building and then immediately left.
From Drammen or Torp Airport:
Take the E18 towards Oslo. Leave the E18 at Sandvika, 14kms outside of Oslo, and follow the E16 to Hønefoss.
Then follow the directions given above from Sandvika.
From the East, Gothenburg and Sweden:
Follow the E6 or E18 to Oslo. From Oslo take the E18 to Drammen, then simply follow the directions above from Oslo.
By Train:
Trains run regularly from Oslo to Sandvika, we are a short taxi ride away from Sandvika train station.
You can visit this website www.trafikanten.no to find the times of trains, all information is available in English and the website is easy to use.
By Air:
People visiting us fly either to Oslo Airport,. Gardermoen or Torp Aiport, Sandefjord.
If you are flying in to Oslo Airport, Gardermoen you can take the airport train - www.flytoget.no - this service leaves the airport every ten minutes and every second train goes to Asker and stops at Sandvika. We are a short taxi ride from Sandvika railway station.
If you are flying in to Torp Airport then you have the option of taking a bus into Oslo, unfortunately the bus service doesn't stop in Sandvika. You will need to leave the bus at Lysaker or Sjølyst or Oslo and take a train back to Sandvika.
